Hello BudgetPulse users and readers, my name is Ryan and I’m joining the squad to help Craig out a bit. With the new year, the new redesign coming, and new BudgetPulse users every day, why not add a new team member?

Just as an intro, I have a background in web based software, I’ve worked for a Fortune 5 company, and I’ve dealt with most things regarding personal finance. I love building communities on the web and being a part of conversations using social web tool. From a personal finance perspective I’ve had experience managing my 401k, dealing with student loans, car loans, “ring” loans, figuring out all types of insurance, and even doing my own taxes. I’m obviously a huge fan of BudgetPulse and excited to chat with you guys a lot more about the product!

Craig and I agree that the more conversation here on the blog the better for everyone. We want to hear what issues you are having with both the product and in your financial lives. Let’s get it all out in the open because chances are great that others are having similar issues. Share the wealth!

I’m extremely excited to join the team and to discuss with you new and improved ways to manage our financial lives, and make them much simpler using BudgetPulse. I’m also very open to any feedback you may have. This includes the conversations on this blog as well as our product. The only way we can improve is for you to tell us how, so what are you waiting for?

    Hi Ryan and Craig,

You guys do a great job; I’m a BudgetPulse reader but not a frequent commenter, maybe because I’m not sure how to get involved? A question after the post to direct discussion may help people like me to participate more.

On an unrelated note, I have however enjoyed discussing Britney Spears with Craig via Twitter. (I’d love to take a look at her budget!)

Great suggestion Nicole, we will ask more questions to spark conversation and debate. If you have any suggestions for topics, we would love to hear those as well.

She is always an easy one to discuss on so many different levels.

Nicole- Really looking forward to talking more. I think the question idea is stellar…anything we can do to increase the dialog is a good thing for all of us.

Hope to see you here commenting soon!

Ryan, Welcome to Budgetpulse Team. Engaging customers on a human level is important because it develops a more personal relationship with individual customers. Great start and we are glad to have you in our team …
