		<description>@Genna I agree with you that having some type of emergency fund set up can always lessen the blow when something comes up and can help you react differently.  Difficult to get a fund going but a huge plus when you do.</description>

		<description>This is absolutely true. Having an emergency fund makes all the difference from reacting to situations and making decisions from a position of power. 
I would only say people on a shoestring budget need an emergency fund (even a small one) more than most people. It is never easy to make choices to save but there are many ways to save a small amount on a regular basis.
