Hopefully the customer gets smarter and can learn and take care of their own situations. Credit card compnaies have been virtually unregulated for years. I have also read that they have already figured out how to circumvent many of the new regulations just passed which is why many are calling for a consumer financial protection agency to help close the loopholes.
