IntroIn.com meets one clear need. Existing renter, seeking referral bonuses from their community, offer information and opportunities to those seeking housing. This free service lets referrer post his referrer services for the apartment complex in a searchable database of 40,000 complexes across the United States. Apartment hunters can browse the listing and connect with existing renters who have the inside information on the community where they currently reside.

• Contact between referrers and renters is by private message board.
• Email alerts are sent whenever the status of a selected opportunity changes.
• Referrers are encouraged to share their bonuses with interested new renters as an inducement to choose their offering.

• IntroIn ranges over the listing  for  the  new rentals as well as available subleases.
• Communities not listed yet in the database can be added by users request .
