As we promised , we have added the following features for data imports.
Change in Excel format: The new Excel format do not require the type of transaction. If the transaction amount is prefixed with “–” sign , it will be automatically considered as expense.
Import of QIF and QFX file formats: The data page of BudgetPulse now supports QIF and QFX imports. QIF and QFX file formats are generated by Quicken and some financial institutions. If your financial institution provides these exports, you can export the data in .QIF or .QFX file and can import them into BudgetPulse. Its totally safe , here have no worries about your personal info, because the import wizard only imports your transactions and no other personal banking info such as password or login.
Import of OFX file formats: The data page of BudgetPulse now supports OFX imports. OFX file formats are generated by most financial institutions and financial softwares such as MS Money. If your financial institution provides OFX export, you can export the data in .OFX file and can import them into BudgetPulse. Its totally safe, here have no worries about your personal info, because the import wizard only imports your transactions and no other personal banking info such as password or login.
